African black soap is quite popular now globally and it is the only soap/cleanser I trust 100% for my body and my face.
I use the Dudu Osun brand and it is a solid bar soap but lately I’ve been missing the feels of using liquid body wash and liquid facial cleanser. So I have put together the simple steps on how I turned my solid African black soap into an easy liquid soap.
STEP 1: GET YOUR EQUIPMENT READY

For this step, the equipment we need are:
- African Black Soap
- Grater
- Bowl
STEP 2: GRATE THE BAR SOAP

I used the grater to grate the soap into smaller pieces. This reduces processing time.
STEP 3: ADD WATER

I added about 600ml of water into the bowl of grated soap.
STEP 4: WAIT

Cover the bowl with some cling film and leave it to dissolve for 10 minutes
After that, your liquid soap should be ready. The Dudu Osun black soap is 150g and I used 1L of water as I added 400ml after the soap had dissolved. Pour the liquefied soap into any bottle of your choice and it is ready to use.
